Please join us on Saturday, August 13th at 4pm to 7pm for a Philadelphia Region SCCA picnic at Warminster Community Park.
No helmets needed for this social event, just bring an appetite. We will have some "yard games" set up for entertainment, some motorsports related displays, and plenty of bench racing. SCCA Board of Director Jack Burrows, who represents our Area with the national SCCA Board will also be attending.
The picnic menu is being catered by Lindinger's Deli & Catering. The menu will include BBQ pork, penne with sauce, chicken tenders, assorted cold cuts, potato & macaroni salads, cole slaw, and rolls. Soft drinks, water and ice-tea will be provided. You are also welcome and encouraged to bring some drinks of your own, but please note that Town policy prohibits the consumption of alcohol while on Park property.
There will be some seating available in the pavilion but we also encourage you to bring some additional law chairs or other seating.
Cost is only $5 per person, with children ages 5 and younger free.
In the event of a rain-out we will annouce an alternative date -- most likely we will try to hold the picnic the next day, Sunday, August 14th during our autocross event that day.
